VK Development believes in being a good corporate citizen in every communinity in which it develops. As such, VK has taken an active interest in not only its developments, but also in the municipalities in which VK projects are located. VK’s community involvement is illustrated below:

• St. Anne’s Catholic Church - Vincent and Geeta Kuttemperoor donated $200,000 towards the construction of the new St. Anne’s Catholic Church which is located in VK’s Prairie Ridge Subdivision in Pleasant Prarie, Wisconsin.
• Sharon Lynn Wilson Center for the Arts - The Kuttemperoor Auditorium has been named in honor of the Kuttemperoor Family’s $750,000 donation in support of this new performing arts facility in Brookfield.
• St. Catherines Hospital and Medical Center - Located in Pleasant Prairie, WI in VK’s Prairie Ridge development. This state-of-the-art medical facility includes the new Rose and Varkey Kuttemperoor Surgical Center. It is named for the parents of Vincent Kuttemperoor in honor of the Kuttemperoor family’s $1,000,000 donation.
• Brookfield Soccer Association - VK donated funds for the City of Brookfield to establish a soccer field that bears its name. The field is named the "V. K. Homes, Inc. Field"
• St. Dominic’s Steeplechase Run - VK has been a consistent sponsor of many church activities.
• 4th of July Fireworks Sponsor - VK has been the proud sponsor of the spectacular fireworks display in both Brookfield and Pleasant Prairie.
• Elmbrook Senior Taxi Service - VK is a major sponsor of this affordable taxi service for the elderly in the Elmbrook area.
• Affordable Senior Housing - VK was the first to introduce the concept of affordable senior housing to both Brookfield and Pleasant Prairie.
• Charitable Donation - VK has contributed to various charities in the Pleasant Prairie and Greater Kenosha communities.
• Memorial - VK has contributed more than $30,000 in time, money and material for the construction of a memorial to honor the City of Brookfield's fallen police and firefighters.
• Preservation - VK has been responsible for the creation of parks and preservation of historic buildings and wet lands.
• Little League - VK is a contributor to the City of Brookfield's Little League.
• Endowment Fund - VK created the Kuttemperoor Family Endowment Fund for the benefit of the St. Ann Adult Day Care Center.
• The Ajay and Sanjay Kuttemperoor Scholarship - Ajay and Sanjay Kuttemperoor have established an Endowment Fund at the Brookfield Academy for the purpose of awarding scholarships to students who demonstrate strong academic achievement, exemplary character, participation in extracurricular activities and financial need.
• The Mahatma Gandhi Statue Dedication, MacArthur Park - The Statue was a gift from the Asian-Indian Community Of Greater Milwaukee to the State of Wisconsin. The Kuttemperoor Family was one of the major contributors with a gift of $10,000 toward this gift.
• Kuttemperoor Family Scholarship Funds at Pius XI High School - The funds will be used to educate two (2) High School Students for Four (4) years.
• Grand Sponsor of the (AKMG) - All Kerala Medical Graduate Silver Jubilee Convention in 2004.
• Grand Sponsor of Enchanting Evening at the Wilson Center for the Arts in 2003 and 2005.
• Commissioned the statue of Mother Teresa which is due to be dedicated and placed prominently on the campus of Marquette University.
• Port Washington Soccer - Donated $100,000.00 to Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Port Washington for installation of lights on the soccer field.
• Papal Foundation - Contribution of $1 Million Dollars to the Papal Foundation.
