Prairie Ridge Senior Campus welcomes mature adults over age 55 who qualify under the income guidelines of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority’s Section 42 (Affordable Housing) Program. Verification of income and assets is required to meet the program guidelines.  The maximum 2003 income limits are as follows: * Subject to change as new limits become effective. Residents who qualify under these income guidelines will be eligible for monthly rent of: 1 Bedroom Suite - $566.00 *Ask us about the availability of units for individuals with income below these levels. The Program also allows us to reserve a few 1 and 2 bedroom apartment suites with no income guidelines. The rent on these units are: 1 Bedroom Suite - $775.00 ** Rental Rates include sewer, water and trash collection. Residents are responsible for all other utility charges and underground parking charges, if desired. There are no entrance or endowment fees. Upon signing your lease, we require a security deposit, equal to one month's rent. Prices may change without notice. |
